1. The color of the item doesn't match the photo on the website.

Please note that we are not professional photographers, and items are displayed and edited as best as we can make it. The color on the website will also depend upon the resolution of your screen.

2. How do I purchase multiple items.

Please contact us if you want to buy more than 1 item and we will send you a paypal invoice for the total amount plus shipping.

Please note that we are using buy now buttons, as we do not carry large quantities of these items, but we will happily accomodate larger quantities as a special order.

3. Can I return an item if I am not satisfied with the product?

I want you to love your new hand knitted item. If you are unhappy with
your purchase you may return it if you contact us by
email within 3 days of receipt. You must pay return
shipping costs, we will refund your PayPal purchase minus
shipping costs after the item is received in good
condition.

4. Does Lil Brit Knits take special orders?

Yes we do, but this will depend on the item and availability of yarn. Please

contact us if there is an item you would like in a different color, size etc and we will try to help you. Please also understand that each item is made by hand, and so we will give you an estimate as to the length of time it will take to make, what colors are available etc.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy, therefore we promise to keep all of the info you provide us strictly confidential! We will NEVER rent, sell or trade any of your contact info, including name, address, phone or e-mail to anyone, EVER! We PROMISE!!!

6. Do you have a mailing list? - How can I find out when you have new items added to your site?

If you are interested in finding out when new products are added, please e-mail us at info@lilbritknits.com, and we will gladly keep you informed.
